Single-Phase Pole-Mounted Transformer
Recently, with the continuous development of power technology, single-phase pole-mounted transformers are playing an increasingly important role in the field of power supply.
Specifications and usage scenarios of single-phase pole-mounted transformers
Specifications
Common single-phase pole-mounted transformers have various specifications. From the perspective of voltage level, the high-voltage side is usually 10kV, 20kV, etc., and the low-voltage side is generally 220V; from the perspective of capacity, there are different options such as 30kVA, 50kVA, 75kVA, and 100kVA. Its technical parameters also include rated current, short-circuit impedance, no-load loss, load loss, etc.

How to choose the right single-phase pole-mounted transformer?
According to load requirements:
Calculate the total power of the actual power equipment, consider a certain margin, and generally the load rate is between 0.5-0.6 for the highest efficiency. For special transformers that only supply power to power loads such as irrigation and drainage, it can be selected at 1.2 times the nameplate power of the asynchronous motor; for comprehensive power consumption, it can be selected at 1.25 times the actual maximum load that may occur.
Consider voltage level:
Select a transformer with a suitable voltage level matching according to the high-voltage side voltage of the power grid and the low-voltage side voltage required by the power equipment.
Pay attention to environmental conditions:
If used in special environments such as high altitude, high temperature, and high humidity, choose a transformer that can adapt to the corresponding environmental conditions.
Reference brand and quality:
Choose products with well-known brands, good reputation and quality assurance, and check whether the products meet relevant standards, such as ANSI C57, IEC60076, GB10318, etc.
